1. Commitment against unsolicited messages

ViaWarn Technologies, the operator of shrinksleeveseam.com, strictly prohibits the promotion of this website by means of unsolicited commercial electronic messages, commonly known as "spam."

2. Prohibited practices

3. Permitted commercial communications under CASL

ViaWarn Technologies complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23). We send commercial electronic messages only in the following circumstances:

a) Express consent

The recipient has given prior express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from us, for example by submitting a quote request form or opting in to our communications.

b) Implied consent — conspicuously published business addresses

Pursuant to section 10(9)(a) of CASL, we may send a commercial electronic message to a business email address when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The email address has been conspicuously published by its owner (business website, professional directory, public profile)
  • The owner has not indicated a wish not to receive unsolicited commercial electronic messages at that address
  • The message is directly relevant to the recipient's business, role, functions, or duties in a business or official capacity

c) Implied consent — existing business relationship

Pursuant to section 10(10) of CASL, we may send a commercial electronic message to a person with whom we have an existing business relationship — that is, a person who has made a service, quote, or information request within the preceding six (6) months, or who has entered into a contract or transaction with us within the preceding two (2) years.

4. Message content

Every commercial electronic message sent by ViaWarn Technologies:

  • Clearly identifies the sender (ViaWarn Technologies)
  • Contains valid contact information (mailing address or email)
  • Includes a functional unsubscribe mechanism that is free to use and processed within ten (10) business days

5. Unsubscribe

If you receive a message from us and wish to stop receiving further communications, you may:

  • Use the unsubscribe link included in the message
  • Send an email to [email protected] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line

Your request will be processed within ten (10) business days.

6. Third parties and partners

Any partner, affiliate, or subcontractor promoting this website on our behalf is required to comply with this policy and with CASL. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the business relationship.

8. Enforcement

Any person or entity that violates this policy may be subject to:

  • Immediate termination of any contract or business relationship with ViaWarn Technologies

  • Any legal action permitted by law
